Sell-Plast S.r.l. has been operating since 1978 in plastic material moulding industry through vacuum thermoforming technology. Thanks to its long experience in supplying important brands such as Pininfarina and contributing to the development of components for Formula 1, the company has specialized in supplying the automotive sector. The company has recently expanded its markets towards the transport, aerospace and furniture industry. Today the company can count on a young and motivated staff, coordinated by new senior resources with a consolidated technical and strategic know-how.

In July 2021, the investment vehicle MSCO finalized the majority acquisition of Sell-Plast S.r.l. and the company became part of the MPD Partners network.
