CUTTING DIVISION

We are looking for a new employee to integrate into our cutting division.
Preferred competencies and experiences for this job position are:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machines, cutting machines, 5 axes robots, in companies operating in the plastic industry. The ideal candidate has worked for companies exposed to the automotive industry;
  • the candidate has experience in the set-up of CNC machines;
  • knowledge of Italian language is a basic requirement;
  • the ideal candidate has also a basic knowledge of English;
  • the preferred candidate has the forklift driving license;
  • the candidate has a deep knowledge of technical drawing and experience with measuring instruments;
  • Tebis software knowledge is considered a plus.

TECHNICAL OFFICE EMPLOYEE

We are looking for a new employee to integrate into our technical office.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Technology Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Creation, management and maintenance of bills of materials and work cycles for each item produced, with the inclusion of all news, information and references that allow the production in autonomy of the department;
  • Management of equipment during purchase and construction, filing of related mathematics, drawings and technical information;
  • Deliberation of equipment purchased and/or received from the customer on loan for use and related maintenance management;
  • Classification, coding, and management of location and traceability for each piece of equipment, also according to customer specifications;
  • analysis of technical requests and drafting of industrial estimates;
  • archive and management of technical information for each item produced (i.e. drawings, specifications, mathematics)

    PREFERRED PROFILE
    The ideal candidate has gained significant experience in automotive manufacturing companies. She can manage technical processes according to the IATF standard using vacuum thermoforming or other technologies for processing plastic materials. She demonstrates good skills related to programming cutting robots and in-depth knowledge of CAD modeling software

    Knowledge of English language is considered a plus.

THERMOFORMING DIVISION

We are looking for a new employee to integrate into our thermoforming division. Preferred competencies and experiences for this job position are:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the plastic thermoforming industry or similar;
  • the ideal candidate has worked for companies exposed to the automotive industry;
  • the candidate has a deep experience in the set-up of moulds, to be used for the thermoforming process;
  • knowledge of Italian language is a basic requirement;
  • forklift driving license is considered a plus.
